The moon for the month of Rabiul Aakhir 1448 Hijri has NOT been sighted anywhere in Americas. Therefore, Sept. 12th is the 30th of Rabiul Awwal and 1st of Raiul Aakhir will be on Sept. 13th in the USA.
The night of Giyarweenh will be the night between 22nd and 23rd.
